Day 1.
Arrive at Windhoek International Airport. Pick up by your guide and leave for your lodge just outside Windhoek. Late afternoon game drive with dinner at the lodge.
Day 2.
Today, you leave for Sossusvlei area via beautiful harch countryside. En route, you will see beautiful sceneries of mountains and sand dunes as you get nearer to Sossusvlei. Overnight at a lodge not far from Sossusvlei.
Day 3.
Leave early morning for the dunes to get the best photographic opportunities. You will have the time to climb a dune or two and to watch this "selling" tool of Namibia. Dunes of 200 meters +. You will leave just before lunchtime to your next destination - in the Namib Desert. Totally silence and views as far as the eyes can see. Just before the dunes ( sand ) gets to hot, you leave back to your lodge . Late afternoon at leisure.
Day 4.
After b'fast, you will leave via the Namib Desert for Swakopmund. A coastal town with strong German architectural buildings. Book in at your private hotel on a B & b basis only. There are many seafood restaurants in town for a good dinner for your own account.
Day 5.
You will leave after b’fast up north to Palmwag / Grootberg Lodge along the skeleton coast. En route you will visit the largest seal colony on the west coast of Africa at Cape Cross, a shipwreck and interesting plants and interesting landscapes. The lodge has a beautiful setting with wonderful views.
Day 6.
Today, your journey takes you to Epupa Falls ( Epupa Tented Camp / Omarunga Tented camp. You will overnight at a very peaceful place with wonderful sceneries again on the edge of the Kunene River borders with Angola.
Day 7.
After b’fast, you will visit the Himba Village etc. This is a half day outing to get insight information on this wonderful traditional people. Dinner at the lodge. Two nights stay to enjoy the nearby Epupa Falls.
Day 8.
Today, we shall leave for Oshakati in Ovomboland. The largest ethnical group in Namibia. Visit a huge market in town and a village.. Overnight at a lodge in town.
Day 9.
Leave for Etosha National Park. We shall overnight at a lodge just outside the park. If accommodation is available, you will stay at Namutoni inside the park.
Day 10.
Another day in the park as you do game drives for most of the day. (accommodation inside the park depends on availability ). Alternatively at a lodge just outside the park.
Day 11.
After breakfast, we shall leave by car to Tsumeb town. Good road all the way. From here, we travel to Grootfontien and onwards to Roy’s Camp. Overnight at this lodge with its FLINTSTONES decorating and good food.
Day 12.
After b’fast, we shall leave for Bushman land. Visit a village and spend most of the day with the Bushman. you leave for the eastern part of Namibia - Bushmanland. You will explore the area on your journey after sunset to a bushman village. Here you can experience some typical dances like animal dances and the well known "trance dance". Late dinner tonight at the same
lodge.
Day 13.
After b’fast, we shall leave for a wonderful Safari Game
Lodge. Late afternoon 2 hour game drive with the lodge open game drive vehicles. Your last wild animals to see and a last good sunset over the African
sky.
Day 14.
Leave for Windhoek via tar road and transfer to the airport for your flight to Johannesburg.
