It covers areas like Damaraland, Kaokoland, Okavango, Bushmanland, Waterberg. 
This is a combination safari with some nights camping and some nights lodging. The safari covers remote and wilderness areas and although adventurous you will be comfortable at all times. A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 people. 
(2 x Land Rovers) with all necessary camping equipment.


Day 1. 
Leave Windhoek after b’fast to Mount Etjo Safari Lodge.
Arrive at about lunch time. Take a rest, enjoy home made cake and coffee / tea, before you set off on a 3 hour game drive in an open game drive vehicle. It is a 30 000 hectares private reserve with white and black rhino, elephants, and all sorts of antelopes. This will be followed by a wonderful dinner in the “lapa” around a huge fire. (weather permitting). Wonderful African cuisine. For those who like to see a lion feeding from close up are welcpme to join in after dinner.

Day 2. 
We set off to Damaraland. Harsh countryside. A Bit more rough than the previous day / night as we shall put up camp tonight at Aba Huab Campsite.
The journey takes you through beautiful landscapes. En route, you will visit the Rock Finger, petrified Forest and bushman engravings. Put up camp and prepare for dinner, prepare by your guide(s) around a huge fire. Real African cuisne. This is home for the desert dwelling elephants.

Day 3. 
Early b’fast, leave on an adventurous drive in the Huab dry river. Looking out for the desert elephants. The roads are bad , but the sceneries unbelievable, specialy this time of the day. In the afternoon, you will heading towards Palmwag Camping site. Good fascilities. Beautiful scenery. Put up camp after which your guide will prepare dinner. 

Day 4. 
Our journey takes us today to Kaokoland – Himba traditional people’s country. Different environment – Overnight at a lodge in Opuwo – center of the Himbas. En route, we shall visit some Himba villages.

Day 5. 
Leave for Epupa Falls – Kunene River. Rough roads – adventure – beautiful cam on the edge of the Kunene river with the falls some 100 meters away form the camp. Wonderful camping tonight.

Day 6. 
Leave today after b’fast for Hobatere Lodge. Your journey takes you via Opuwo again. Very comfortable lodge. Late afternoon game drive on this 30 000 hectares private reserve. Lodging tonight. Dinner at the lodge.

Day 7. 
Early b’fast and leave for Etosha Nat. Park. You will enter at the Western Gate (only tour operators allowed). Game drive in own vehicle on the way to your destination. Overnight at one of the Rest camps in Bungalows. Restaurant dinner.

Day 8. 
Another day in Etosha. Game drives all day long. Overnight at a very comfortable camp just outside the park. Tented lodge with en suite facilities.

Day 9. 
After b’fast, you leave for the Okavango region. Overnight a very comfortable lodge. Enjoy the peacefulness and wonderful surroundings while looking on Angola. Late afternoon sunset boatride on the Okavango River. This lodge has a perfect setting on the edge of the Okavango River.

Day 10. 
Leave after b’fast for Poppa Falls ( rapids). Beautiful area with the Okavango river that forms the border between Namibia and Angola. The river forms the “border” between the Okavango and Caprivi regions in Namibia. Poppa Falls is situated on the start of the Okavango Delta. Easy tar road - (200 km). Lunch time and at leisure. Late afternoon game drive into the Mahango Nat. Park. It is for me personally one of the most underestimated parks in the country. Overnight in bungalows. Your guide will prepare the dinner and b’fast.
Listen to the sound of the rapids. There are also several short walking paths around for you to explore the area. You can even take a dip in the safe pools nearby.

Day 11.
The adventure starts today, as you leave for Bushmanland. The 1 st 80 km is tarr road, followed by heavy deep sand tracks for 55 km ( which takes you 2 hours). You will put up camp at Kaudum Camp. Wild. It happens from time to time that the elephants have damaged the water installations and one has to improvise. Your guide will look after that if arise. Camping.

Day 12. 
Another day in Kaudum Nat. Park. Your drive takes you along the dry Omarambas ( dry river beds). The whole time you actually look out for game. Sometimes you have to drive through thick sand etc. Regular stops at Lookout points and to take a stretch etc. or to enjoy a cold beer. You will put up camp at Sikaretti Camp. Hienas like to visit this particular camp at night. Camping.
While the sun sets you will visit a waterhole nearby where you might see hundreds of elephants. Kaudum Nat. Park is known for its huge herds of elephants.

Day 13. 
b’fast and leave for Tsumkwe – a bushman village – 2 ˝ hours away.
Explore the area around Tsumkwe. Visit huge and old Baobab Trees as well as Nxai Nxai Pans. Overnight at Tsumkwe Lodge.

Day 14. 
After b’fast, we shall leave for Grootfontein ( civilization again ). Onwards to Waterberg Plato. En route, we shall visit the largest Meteorite in the world. Bungalow accommodation.

Day 15. 
Leave for Windhoek via farmland area. Time of arrival in Windhoek is at about 11:00. Safari ends with a nice tea / coffee and cake at a café in town.
